DIRECTOR - ENTERPRISE ACCOUNTS

Austin, TX

You will be responsible for managing a team of up to ten Enterprise Account Executives responsible for generating new business into existing accounts and prospects. Drive strategic, enterprise-wide Social Network & sales initiatives to an account mix of existing enterprise clients and new logo opportunities. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers that can be referenced in future sales cycles. Saasent offers a very competitive compensation plan with accelerating commissions and tremendous upside earnings potential.

Job Description

  • Supports direct reports (8-10 Enterprise Account Executives) leading in client meetings or engaging other corporate resources as needed.

  • Ongoing development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new reps on the SaaSent sales process.

  • Conducts weekly forecast meetings. Coaches direct reports concerning strategies to drive closure.

  • Report sales activity and deliver accurate forecast to senior sales management.

  • Consistently monitors the sales activity of the team, and tracks the results.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of technology sales experience in a senior individual contributor and/or management role 

  • Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment. Ability to drive business in a strategic manor for demand generation

  • Proven record of success in a high volume transaction sales environment. Experience selling to the enterprise

  • Solid understanding of the technology market including application selling, social media, hardware and software as a service (SaaS) space

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment

  • Ability to hire and train new sales representatives

Desired Skills

  • 10+ years of experience as a first line manager

  • Bachelor's Degree

SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Los Angeles,CA

You will be responsible for managing a team of ten Sales Development Representatives who are responsible for lead followup, inbound and outbound calling to existing customers and prospects.


Monitor SDR activity and provide realtime coaching on call activity.  


Job Description


  • Supports direct reports (10 Sales Development Representatives) by monitoring call activity and effectiveness.

  • Maintain minimum inbound and outbound call numbers. 

  • Coach SDR team on effective messaging. 

  • Create fun, exciting and team environment for our clients SDR teams.

  • Help with recruiting and retaining SDR positions. 

  • Develop effective voice and email campaigns.

  • Provide realtime feedback to SDR's on performance.

  • Ongoing development of SDR team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new reps on sales process.

SENIOR ADVISOR PACIFIC NORTHWEST

Seattle, WA

SaaSent is looking for a Senior Advisor to engage with our technology clients based in the pacific northwest.   In this role, you will be focused on meeting with industry CEO's, Founders, Board Members and Investors to discuss SaaSent's advisory and consulting offerings. 


Job Description

  • Meet with well qualified prospects to discuss our services and engagement model. 

  • Establish executive relationships with Investor community to meet with new prospects.

  • Oversee the contractual agreement of SaaSent services with each client. Including confirming scope of project, services included and anticipated outcomes. 

  • Finalize pricing of SaaSent engagement and ensure payment of services in accordance with customer contract.    

  • Conducts weekly followup with clients by phone and one onsite meeting per month on SaaSent's advisory services.  

  • Report activity and deliver accurate forecast of new engagements to SaaSent senior management.

CLIENT MANAGER

San Francisco, CA

Sassend is currently seeking a Client Manager to work with our San Francisco area clients.  In this role, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and follow up with existing SaaSent clients.

Job Description

  • Supports existing customer base with project launch, and feedback

  • Responsible for the scheduling of onsite training, coaching and interim leadership at client locations. 

  • Audits client payments to ensure services payments are accurate.   

  • Works in coordination with the SaaSent sales and leadership team to uncover new opportunities in existing accounts.​

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of technology   experience in a senior individual contributor selling, marketing or business development role 

  • Proven record of sales success in a similar corporate environment.  

  • Experience selling to the enterprise
