INSIDE SALES AND SALES DEVELOPMENT
Often times our clients have everything they need to succeed, they just require the resources and support to make a strategic jump. We worked with many technology companies to develop their inside sales and sales development teams ability to effectively develop and respond to leads to build pipeline and drive revenue. Working with numerous technology clients on past projects, we developed appropriate call scripts, offered training on how to leave effective voice and emails, handling objections and growing existing interest into sales opportunities. Our client's have been able to replicate our core training to continually develop their existing team long after our contract has ended.
FIELD SALES GLOBAL EXPANSION
One of our US clients was in process of growing their sales team beyond North America. Working with the CEO and his executive staff, we were able to determine a model to gradually expand their sales teams into new markets and established key channel partners to help extend the sales opportunities within developing territories. We provided interim leadership of the new team and helped with the recruiting and eventual placement of their Executive Vice President of Sales. We enjoyed working with this client, and look forward to collaborating together on many more successful projects in the future.
CORPORATE IDENTITY CAMPAIGN
Clients often approach Saasent with a general idea of what they want to communicate but have difficulty developing appropriate messaging for their target audience. One of our San Francisco based clients had difficulty differentiating themselves from competitors. Saasent was able to work with their internal marketing and corporate communications team to redesign their website and create targeting marketing campaigns to their core demographic. Partnering with an outside PR firm, Saasent helped their organization not only improve their market presence and sales numbers, but also helped them to attract new sales talent.
